1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Usage & Security

Your xgo88 account is for your personal use only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. xgo88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

You are required to:

• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Notify xgo88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Do not allow anyone else to play using your account, including family members.

Xgo88 operates an automated security monitoring system running 24/7. Any suspicious activity will be flagged for investigation, and accounts may be temporarily suspended during the review process.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Xgo88 accepts deposits through a range of secure and integrated payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and supported cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed through encrypted payment channels that comply with international security standards.

Deposit-related terms:

5 Fund Withdrawal

Xgo88 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as stated on the platform's withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 3:00 PM (Malaysia time) on business days are typically processed on the same day.
• Xgo88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals can only be processed once all applicable bonus rollover requirements have been fully met.

Xgo88 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. Express withdrawals for VIP members are processed with priority and faster turnaround times.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Xgo88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• All bonuses have rollover requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Specific rollover requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players who have never held an xgo88 account before.
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once through different accounts are prohibited.

7 Game Rules

Players agree that:

• Game results generated by the xgo88 system are final and cannot be disputed on general technical grounds.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, xgo88 will use system records to determine a fair outcome based on the state of the game at the time of the disruption.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

For Live Casino games, players are also bound by the dealer's decisions and applicable table rules. Any disputes regarding Live Casino games will be resolved based on the video recording of the relevant session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xgo88 platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary:

• Fraud & Forgery: Providing false information, using another person's identity, or falsifying documents.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Xgo88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements or submit the required documents.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or other conduct specified in Section 8.
• Self-exclusion request by the player.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Valid balances will be returned once the verification process is complete, provided there are no unresolved terms violations.

In the event of account termination due to a terms violation, xgo88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with the offending activity.

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Xgo88 strives to keep the platform running without interruption at all times; however, we cannot guarantee 100% service availability free of technical disruptions.

Xgo88 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet service disruptions or equipment issues on the player's end.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform.
• Game outcomes that do not favor the player in games operating fairly under a certified RNG.
• Any financial losses arising from the player's own gambling decisions.

Xgo88's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, subject to applicable law.
